Founded by operators, not resellers.

Helm was started in 2018 in New York by a group of senior engineers who had spent the previous decade running IT for hotels, hospitals, and high-growth software startups. The premise was simple: small and mid-sized businesses deserve the same caliber of technology operations that enterprises buy — without the enterprise overhead.

Today we are a team of 38 engineers, architects, and strategists serving more than 60 companies across the Tri-State area and beyond. We are deliberate about the clients we take on, deliberate about the people we hire, and deliberate about the vendors we stand behind.
